DESCRIPTION:Artiste franco-israélienne née en Bulgarie\, ESTI LEVY est d’abord et avant tout une coloriste : « C’est la couleur qui m’achemine\, qui me réveille. […] Donc mes peintures sont d’abord pensées couleurs. Bien sûr il y a un graphisme qui est assez strict\, précis. J’aime bien habiller et habiter l’espace avec beaucoup\, beaucoup de détails. »\nBulgarian born Franco-Israelian artist\, ESTI LEVY is before and above all a colourist : “It’s the colour that drives me\, awakens me. […] My paintings are therefore first thought ‘colours’. Of course\, there is also a strict and accurate graphism. I like to dress up and occupy space with many\, many details.”\nArtiste quercynois d’une quarantaine d’années\, c’est sur ses terres natales que NICOLAS MIALET demeure et crée depuis près de vingt ans une œuvre contemporaine abstraite confrontant tradition et postmodernisme. Ancien arboriste\, il a suivi le chemin menant à la sculpture depuis l’arbre vivant jusqu’à l’arbre matière. Ses sculptures allient ou opposent le bois de la nature au métal d’une humanité qui s’impose chaque jour davantage à son détriment.\nNICOLAS MIALET has created an abstract contemporary work that confronts tradition and postmodernism for now sixteen years. Former arborist\, he followed the path leading to the sculpture from the living tree to the tree matter.
