DESCRIPTION:Né à Téhéran en 1986\, vivant et travaillant à Berlin\, diplômé de l’École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs à Paris et du Fresnoy – Studio national des arts contemporains\, Arash Nassiri place au cœur de sa pratique une réflexion approfondie sur la construction de l’identité\, qu’elle soit individuelle\, collective ou spatiale. Il s’agit de la première présentation monographique de l’artiste dans une institution en France\, après une première étape à Londres (Chisenhale Gallery) en début d’année. L’exposition s’articule autour du film produit pour l’occasion et présente plusieurs sculptures récentes de l’artiste.
